Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Re-presence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Re-presence is a tool that helps coaches and consultants transform their Zoom meeting transcripts into personalized session summaries ("Presents"). The service connects to your Zoom account, processes transcripts using AI, and delivers the results to your email.

Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account to sign in
• You must have a Zoom account with cloud recording enabled
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Re-presence only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Process recordings without the consent of all participants
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use the service in any way that could harm or overburden our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Your Content

You retain all rights to your meeting recordings, transcripts, and any content processed through Re-presence. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your Presents.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any recordings and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws and your agreements with session participants.

AI-Generated Content

Presents are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sharing it with clients or others.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Re-presence available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-presence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Re-presence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You may stop using Re-presence at any time by disconnecting your accounts and ceasing to use the service. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice in the app.
